Reed diffusers add a clean and stylish way to add fragrance to a room. They offer a contemporary, natural look with a glass bottle accentuated by radiating wooden reeds. The reeds act like wicks, pulling fragrance up from the oil and freshening the air.
We add a small drop of dye to some of our diffusers, just for a splash of color. This does not affect the way the diffuser works. The reeds will; however, soak up some of the dye and take on a hint of this color. If you perfer the natural color, and do not want dye added to your diffuser, just let us know when you place your order.
Many people take shortcuts like flipping the reeds to quickly wet both sides. With our diffuser oil, this is not necessary. We've found that the best fragrance throw is achieved by letting the oil flow up through the reed.
Rest assured the base we use in our diffusers is totally safe and have no VOC's (Volatile Organic Compounds).
